SprintPilot usage rules

1. What SprintPilot is

SprintPilot is a SaaS product that generates agent execution plans and PR reviews using AI (Claude from Anthropic). It is built for product and engineering teams.

2. Account and access

By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SprintPilot to:

• Process illegal data, abusive content, or material you do not have rights to.
• Attempt to extract model weights, prompt-inject for system prompts, or attack the service.
• Send production secrets in plain text (API keys, production passwords). The /demo sandbox is public and unauthenticated—do not paste secrets there.
• Resell the service without a written agreement.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a license only to process that content with Claude and return results to you. We do not use it to train models or sell it to third parties.

5. AI outputs

Plans and reviews from SprintPilot are suggestions, not binding decisions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them. We do not guarantee PR reviews catch every bug—they are a second opinion, not a replacement for human review on critical topics (payments, auth, regulatory compliance).

6. Plans and billing

Starter is free with usage limits. Team, Pro, Business, and Enterprise are billed monthly in USD. You may cancel anytime; we do not refund partial months already started. Material price changes are announced with 30 days notice.

7. Availability

We do not promise 99.9% uptime on Starter. On paid plans we make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we depend on third parties (Anthropic, cloud providers) that can fail.

8. Limitation of liability

SprintPilot is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business decisions based on AI outputs.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed with 15 days notice. If you do not accept the new terms, you may close your account.
